Please join Amnesty International and the Refugee Action Campaign on the Lawns of Parliament house on the 24th of June at 1.30pm to protest the government’s cruel entry ban and deportation Bill.
The rally to stop the government’s deportation Bill will feature numerous guest speakers, including senators voting against the bill, expert campaigners, and lived experience advocates.
This Bill, titled the Migration Amendment (Removal and Other Measures) Bill 2024 could be voted on by the Senate during this parliamentary sitting week. It is critical that we come together next week, display our collective opposition and stop this cruel Entry Ban and Deportation Bill passing the senate.
