Amnesty International will have stall at Sunday Bondi Markets on World Human Rights Day. Come along to sign petitions and write solidarity cards for 10 people denied basic rights. Each case is a human rights defender standing up for rights such as freedom to criticise government, freedom to be openly in a same sex relationship or freedom of Indigenous groups to protest against mining development they believe will despoil the environment.
