We will be offering a lunch, followed by by human rights-themed songs from the choir ‘One Earth Many Voices’. After this, we will be screening the acclaimed film, Cast From The Storm.
About the film:
Cast from the Storm tells the story of a group of teenage refugees. They share their extraordinary stories when they join Treehouse Theatre, an after-school theatre group. A coming of age story, this uplifting documentary shares the reality of what it means to be a teenager and also a displaced person. This is the story of what comes after, and what it means to remake your home.
