Join Amnesty to march for refugee rights.

We will be at the Palm Sunday Walk for Justice for Refugees, marching behind an Amnesty banner.

Come along as part of an Amnesty Action Group, or as a passionate individual. Add your voice to the #BringThemHere campaign!

Why join the walk?

Although detention on Manus Island was declared illegal in April 2016, there are still people held there. Refugees remain trapped on both Manus Island and Nauru despite having committed no crime.

Meanwhile, the US refugee deal has an uncertain future. We also have over 30,000 refugees on Bridging Visas in Australia, with their futures in limbo.

Families are separated by Australia’s harsh policies, and people are experiencing despair.

The 2017 Palm Sunday Walk is hoped to be even bigger than last year’s 15,000 supporters! Add your voice to the movement for justice by attending the walk in April.

Please get in touch if you would like to march with us!
